What is salvation – what are we saved from and how does it work? Can everyone have it? Is it only offered now in this life or is there some way it can be offered after death and resurrection? If this teaching is SO important then why does it seem to be so elusive?
When someone dies, it’s as if they have gone to sleep. Do you remember last night when you were asleep? Probably not! Death is like sleep; you don’t feel or know anything. So, what happens with a person's "soul" and what IS a soul? Watch this short animated video for more!

In the immensity and complexity of the book we call the Bible, there are some verses that have become somewhat famous…like the Christmas text “Good tidings of great joy…” The football stadium text “For God so loved the world… the character of God text “God is love…”. Another text that is well known and deeply meaningful is spoken by Jesus to one of the thieves dying on the cross next to him, Jesus said “Today shalt thou be with me in paradise…” This text shows us the power of God’s love as expressed through the compassion of Jesus and his sacrifice and it is truly inspirational in the hope that it portrays. Now, here is a simple and very legitimate question - what was Jesus saying to this thief? What was he promising and why was he promising it? As we find out by examining so many verses of Scripture, what seems to be said is not always what is really meant. So, did Jesus really say what most th
There is something about looking into the future that really fascinates us. What will things be like 100 years from now? Will cancer be cured? Will the world powers that we have today be the world powers of tomorrow? Will our reality be experienced virtually? Will we get along? Or, will the world be a scene of utter destruction caused by man-made global warming, or will it be destroyed by nuclear winter, or disease? Will an asteroid end life as we know it or will the wrath of God burn the planet and all on it to a crisp? Well, we believe biblical prophecy tells us a lot about the future and we believe that it tells us with a startling measure of detail. Stay with us as we walk down a path of prophecy and look back so we can see the future!
The Bible often tells us what is going to happen before it happens. Sometimes its prophecies are very specific and sometimes they are shrouded in symbols, but in all cases they tell us about the future. So, what is the future? Our world has come to a point where it has the capacity to destroy all living things. What is going to happen with this great power? There are several Bible prophecies that can be interpreted to not only verify this destruction but seem to graphically describe it as well! Are we headed for nuclear holocaust? Does the Bible verify such a horrible end? Is this all in God’s plan?
We all know that Jesus came to save the world from sin and death. We all know that Jesus opened the way to heaven for his truest followers. We all also know that Jesus taught frequently about “The Kingdom of Heaven”. So, how do we figure out what Jesus was really talking about when he spoke of “The Kingdom of Heaven”?
Our world is a mess. Our people are a mess. Our governments have no answers. We live in a time of the greatest enlightenment, the greatest knowledge and the greatest progress history has ever recorded, yet we also at the same time are experiencing the utter collapse of morality, respect and integrity. Was this all part of God’s plan or are we beyond His scope? Can this world be restored or is it a hopeless loss?
We as Christians cling to the truth that God is Love. We cling to its stability, its longevity and its unchangeableness. God is Love. So, what does that mean and how far does that extend? Does God love all things? Does God love this world and all in it – the evil included? Does God hate and if He does, wouldn’t He be hating that which He created? What about the earth? Does God love this earth, I mean, is God “green?” If He does love the earth then will He destroy it? Stay with us as we look into the book that reveals the mind of God on such matters!
