A parable is a story used to explain a spiritual lesson or show the difference between right and wrong. Jesus often spoke in difficult parables that left some followers confused. So, why did he speak this way? Listen to this short animated video for kids to get the answers.
We answer in animated form this question from one of our young listeners. To understand how God can see everything that’s happening on the earth at once, it helps to think of smaller examples that our earthly minds can imagine. Watch this short video for two great ways to imagine how this works.
God is a spirit being, which means, like all spirit beings, He’s invisible. However, we don’t need to see Him to know He’s there...

What if these five physical senses were a template for pathways to spiritual learning and growth? What if we could better understand and apply the teachings of Jesus by realizing how to use spiritual sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste? Stay with us!

All you have to do is look around – what do you see? There is knowledge, there is technology, there are people, places and things. We rush and we are impatient. We want what we want now. We text, but we don’t talk – we type but we don’t write. We have “friends,” but we don’t touch – we have families but we are not familiar. We build our dreams around ourselves, but we are lonely. Why is there such a massive and growing disconnect between our lives and our contentment? It is because we are not wise… We know we are smart, we are even savvy, but we are not wise and this is a problem!
