VIDEO: Is It Ever Acceptable To Seek Revenge Against Those Who Have Hurt Us?...

What about when your child lies and accuses you of something you did NOT do, just to get out of something they did not want to do? When they cause complete turmoil (without thinking of the consequences)? How do you forgive or bless them especially when they have not admitted, they lied?
Thank you for sharing this is a very painful situation. We recommend listening to Episode #Ep.1092: “How Do You Deal With Toxic People in Your Life?” Biblical guidance for managing life’s most challenging people When your child lies and causes turmoil, forgiveness doesn’t mean condoning the behavior; it means choosing to respond with godly integrity rather than emotional retaliation. Blessing them doesn’t require their admission of guilt; it means giving what is spiritually appropriate, not what they want. Set clear boundaries, depersonalize the offense, and pray for their growth. Like Jesus, who blessed even those who persecuted him, we aim to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21), trusting that truth and love given wisely can soften even the hardest hearts over time. Also please search “forgiveness” on our site for additional studies. Don’t stop praying for guidance. – Christians Questions
