Ep.475: Should We Fear Witchcraft?

In just a few days it will be here - the day, or night as the case may be, when children are set loose (with guidance of course!) into their neighborhoods dressed as Spiderman, princesses, ghosts, monsters, Darth Vader and Harry Potter just to name a few. Their
mission? Candy! Lot’s of it, to be given upon the utterance
of those familiar words – “Trick or Treat!” Now, we all probably know that Halloween’s origins are not quite so innocent, but do we ever really think about the implications of the realities that may surround this event? On this program we will attempt to examine one aspect of that reality – namely, witchcraft. It is alive and flourishing all around us, albeit in many different forms. The most
popular of these form is “Wicca” and that is where we will spend most of our time – so stay with us as we address an important question – Witchcraft is here– should we fear it?
