The life, death and resurrection of Jesus are the very center of Christianity. The challenge comes when we look at how to apply his sacrifice. Who is covered and who is not? What are the criteria? Is it a denominational thing? Is it a belief thing? Is it a general Christianity thing? Is it an ʺeverybody is includedʺ thing? Stay with us as we carefully delve into the biblical teachings about Jesus, his sacrifice and its meaning.
Here at Christian Questions, for almost ten years, we have discussed many different topics. We specifically have found on the subject of Hell that there is no place of torment or purgatory. They simply don’t exist. Our study in search of truth finds that the Bible teaches a heavenly resurrection for the true Christian and an earthly resurrection for all the rest of humanity. Quite simply, this is a Heaven and Earth and not a Heaven and Hell scenario. The Creator designed a plan for the human family that lasts an eternity...and that’s a long time! A God that is merciful, patient, kind, full of grace and forgiving must have a clue for us to how this earthly kingdom of restoration and reformation is explained in His word. Stay with us while we find out what the Bible teaches about God’s kingdom on earth.
Throughout history, there have been many whose lives have had a massive impact on their world, for better or for ill. There have been leaders like Mahatma Ghandi, Winston Churchill and Martin Luther King Jr. There have been doctors and scientists like Louis Pasteur, Madame Currie and The Mayo Brothers. There have been inventors like Guttenburg, the Wright Brothers and Thomas Edison. There have been explorers like Louis and Clark and Sir Ernest Shackelton. There have been heroes like Mother Theresa, Jackie Robinson and Harriet Tubman. And there have been those who have overcome unthinkable odds, like Helen Keller and Ludwig Van Bethoven. All of these lives were of great impact and importance. On this program we are going to focus on another life - the life of one man - the man Christ Jesus, whose impact was so great on this world that the full effect of it has not yet been understood, much less felt. Join us as we honor this life and its sacrifices, lived 2000 years ago that forever changed the course of humanity. Jesus Christ – He is Risen!!!
Death and taxes - two sure things in life. Interestingly, we have little control over either. Seeing that this is not a financial program, we won’t talk about taxes - but we will talk about death. Great! What a depressing topic! What is death all about anyway? Do we immediately go somewhere when we die – meaning we actually don’t die, we just change form? Or do we die, cease to exist, when we expire? On this podcast we look at a topic that surely affects us all to determine what the Bible teaches on the subject. Is death the beginning or the end? Lets’ see…

In the worlds of Judaism and Christianity, this is a very special time of year. It is a time when deliverance is celebrated and liberty is proclaimed, for in both faiths events occurred that were both defining and miraculous. For the Jew, the Passover represents the deliverance out of bondage and into a national heritage. For the Christian, the Last Supper and following events represent their deliverance from sin into the liberty of Christ. Is it a coincidence that these two events happen at the same time of year? On this podcast we look into the amazing connection between these events – Palm Sunday and the Lamb, the Passover and the Crucifixion and the deliverance from Egypt and the deliverance from sin.
